Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for an exchange and/or refund. Discounted item(s) are not refundable, but can be exchanged.
- The product must be in the same condition at the time of purchase (not been worn or washed) with all tags still attached.
- Proof of original purchase is required.
- We only offer refunds. Exchanges are not part of our returns policy.
- Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Combining orders will slow down the refund process!
- Return shipping costs are not refundable.
- Contact us for a return number, which is required for any exchange and/or refund.
- Pack the item in the original packaging and shipping box, if possible.
- Include a copy of the receipt inside the box and reason for the return.
- Ship it to the following address via carrier of your choice.
