Returns & Exchanges

Conditions

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for an exchange and/or refund. Discounted item(s) are not refundable, but can be exchanged.

  • The product must be in the same condition at the time of purchase (not been worn or washed) with all tags still attached.
  • Proof of original purchase is required.
  • We only offer refunds. Exchanges are not part of our returns policy.
  • Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Combining orders will slow down the refund process!
  • Return shipping costs are not refundable.
Procedure
  1. Contact us for a return number, which is required for any exchange and/or refund.
  2. Pack the item in the original packaging and shipping box, if possible.
  3. Include a copy of the receipt inside the box and reason for the return.
  4. Ship it to the following address via carrier of your choice.
