ACCESSING MY AEERBAG ACCOUNT

WHY SHOULD I GET AN AEERBAG ACCOUNT?

An Aeerbag account is simple to create and allows you to access your account details and order history. In the 'My Account' area, you can also start a return, set your marketing preferences and edit your saved addresses for faster checkout!

 

HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

1. Click the 'My Account' button

2. Select the 'Create An Account' link

3. Fill in the relevant fields and click 'Create Account'

You can then sign into your account under the My Account section anytime to see your account details, order history and much more.

*Please note that placing an order does not automatically create an account.

 

GETTING AN ERROR MESSAGE WHEN TRYING TO LOG INTO YOUR AEERBAG ACCOUNT?

Please check the following:

• Ensure you’re on the correct store as your login is unique to your location

• Check you’re using the same email address you used to sign up

• Have you just forgotten your password? Follow this link to reset your password

• Make sure you don't have a VPN or an application that hides ads, this could cause problems when connecting.

Please note that we're unable to amend the email address on your account, therefore, if for any reason you wish to change your email address, you'll need to create a new account following the steps above.
